WHO IS IT FOR?
- Riders with prior experience using foil kites who are ready for more performance.
- Twin-tip riders focused on big air and boosting performance.
- Freeride foilers who want a high-performance kite that adapts to various riding styles.

“Our aim is to design foil kites with the same performance that we’ve always strived for, but with more accessibility. The very latest race kites, like our R1 V5, have become very technical to ride, but the great aspects of race kite performance has always been the fact they produce tremendous amounts of power and lift with a huge wind range.
Re-imagining how race kite performance could benefit freeriders became a very logical place for us to start our development of the Mach1. We’ve made everything far more user-friendly than a race kite, while maintaining the high performance benefits.”

FLYING LINE LENGTH
We recommend flying the Mach1 with 17m or 21m lines depending on conditions, discipline and rider preferences.
Choose to ride with 21m lines as an easy standard length for your first rides, in lighter winds or on larger kite sizes for all round riding.
When using 17m lines the Mach1’s handling becomes more dynamic, responsive and direct – well suited to hydrofoiling. Shorter lines also increase jumping performance as you’ll feel an increased connection to the kite, while in stronger winds the upwind ability will also be enhanced.

PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING
Big Air Capabilities
Experience real high performance without the complexity of a full race kite. The Mach1 naturally boosts higher with minimal input, with significantly increased hangtime compared to tube kites.
Responsive yet Stable
Turns with more power due to the higher aspect ratio, making it ideal for controlled boosts and high-speed runs.
PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING
Foiling Adaptability
Functions seamlessly across different hydrofoil sizes. Shorter lines (17m) provide more direct handling, while longer lines (using the 4m extensions, making a line length of 21m) offer extra power.
Great Depower
The Mach1’s efficient rotation benefits its ability to depower through a wide range of angle-of-attack changes.
User Experience
Easy transition for experienced tube kite riders as the feeling is intuitive and tuned to be more similar.
“The wind range of these kites is so good, especially the low end which makes it possible to practice multiple rotations in otherwise impossible conditions. It’s the best twin-tip foil kite I’ve ever tried for big air riding progression.”
TIMO BECKER, OZONE AMBASSADOR, GERMANY
